**Advanced Tumblers must have the minimum skill of an UNASSISTED backbend with a kickover to participate. If you are unsure of your child's skill level and want them to be evaluated for this class, please contact us PRIOR to registering.

CLASS/PROGRAM POLICIES:

  • We reserve the right to update or change our policies and procedures without notice.
  • ALL LOWCOUNTRY GYMNASTICS PROGRAMS MUST MEET A MINIMUM ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT. We reserve the right to cancel any and all class/camps/programs that do not meet the enrollment requirement. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you in advance of cancellations. In the event that a program is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be able to transfer to another open program as long as one is available. 

  • NO REFUNDS for missed classes or camp days/time.  
  • TARDINESS POLICY: Be on time to pick up your child from his or her class/camp/program. We have programs scheduled throughout each day. The time in between is used for additional disinfecting of the gym and staff breaks. If you are more than 10 minutes late or late more than once, your account will be charged a fee of $10 per incident per child to cover instructor fees during that time.
  • For the attention and safety of each child, we ask that NO PARENTS remain in the gym while class is in progress. (Except for Baby-Nastics and Parent-Tot classes, or unless otherwise requested by instructor)
  • EVERYONE IS ENCOURAGED TO WEAR A MASK WHILE ON PREMISES, WHETHER PARTICIPATING IN A PROGRAM OR DURING DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP.
  • ​​Children may bring a drink with a lid into class. We will no longer dispense water to anyone due to concerns over accidental contact with drinking surfaces. Children who attend extended or multiple classes can bring a small snack. The parent/guardian is aware of the possibility of food allergens being present while at the gym. We are not responsible for allergic reactions brought on by  ANY food or drink items that are present at the gym.
  • NO CLASSES on major holidays or in the case of severe weather (snow, hurricane, flooding, etc.) Please refer to our Facebook page for the most up to date info on gym closings. Make-up classes will be arranged in the event of a last minute or UNSCHEDULED CLOSING.
  • A REGISTRATION FEE must accompany a completed registration form and first month’s fees for any child to begin participation in a class. Family/group registration fees available. See classes or payments page for specific registration fee information.
  • ALL REGISTRATION FEES are non-refundable and due IN FULL on or before the first day of class.
  • MONTHLY FEES are due on the 1st of each month. Accounts are considered past due on the 3rd of the month. Past due accounts will be assessed a late fee at a rate of $5 per every 3 days until account is paid in full. Payments can be made 24/7 using our Payments page on our website (please note processing fees are charged when using our Payments page). 
  • PAYMENTS can be made by the monthly invoice sent to you via email using an ACH transaction. If you choose to make a payment in person, we can accept cash or debit/credit card ($1.50 processing fee per child on account) at our front desk. 
  • RETURNED CHECK POLICY: if your electronic or in-person payment is returned for insufficient funds, there will be a $45 per child fee added to the original transaction amount, and is due in full no more than 10 days from notification of the returned transaction. Your child will not be able to continue if this fee is not paid in full within the 10 days.
  • If your child misses 3 consecutive classes, they will be dropped from our program. Unless otherwise notified, you will be required to re-register and pay associated registration fees in order to return to our program, space permitting.
  • Safety and supervision of your child is the most important to us. If you choose to drop off your child for class, please be prompt when picking them up from the gym. Children will be released from class into the front lobby/waiting area, where they will be picked up by the parent. Children will not be permitted to leave the premises unless accompanied by a parent or Lowcountry Gymnastics staff.  
  • Classes and Camps are divided by age and ability. Parents understand that age groups, skill levels, and classes may be combined based on enrollment.
  • Items left in the 'Lost and Found' will be donated to our local Good Will if unclaimed after 30 days.
  • Photo/Image Usage policy: We frequently record pictures and videos of our classes and events for future use in marketing materials such as, but not limited to: flyers, website, social media, and newspaper advertisements. By accepting our policies, you are hereby giving permission for Lowcountry Gymnastics, LLC to use any image captured of any and all persons, including minor children that are are on our premises, and/or while participating in any program, class, camp, party or event. If you do not wish for us to use your image, or the image of your child, you must provide that to us in writing prior to first participation date.


COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES will be kept up-to-date on our website and Facebook Page. All persons on the premises, including but not limited to, the inside gym area, the outdoor breezeway, and the parking lot are responsible for reading, understanding, and following ALL health and safety guidelines set forth. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in immediate request to leave the property and forfeiture of any and all monies paid to Lowcountry Gymnastics, LLC and possible permanent removal from the program.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY--READ CAREFULLY
Gymnastics is a sport involving height and motion. Like any other sport, therein occurs the possibility of accidental injury. While it is our expressed intention to provide for the safety and protection of the child, the parent or guardian, understands and is aware that the possibility of injury is present. Therefore, the parent(s) or guardian(s) agree that Lowcountry Gymnastics, LLC and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury sustained by the child either before, during, or after participating in his or her scheduled class, camp, party, or any other special event.
