2024 Holiday Recital Info!

Below you will find current information regarding this year’s Holiday Recital. Please read carefully and in its entirety. We will continue to update you with pertinent information as we get closer to the event. If you have any questions, please contact us by emailing our office info@lowcountrygym.com.

Recital Date: Saturday, December 21 *this has changed since last info was sent out**
Recital Start Time: 11:00am

Dancers will need to arrive earlier than curtain time (Time TBD)

Dress Rehearsal Date: Wednesday, Dec 18
Dress Rehearsal Time: 4:00-6:30pm

Recital Fees: $100 total due per dancer

$75 costume fee is due October 10th

You will receive an email invoice for your costume fee prior to the due date.
Your costume will NOT be ordered if this fee is not paid by the due date.
If unpaid on the 11th, there will be an added $5 fee every 3 days that your child’s costume fee goes unpaid.
If costume fee (and late fees) balance is not paid by Nov 1st, your child MAY NOT be able to participate in the recital due to costume availability.

$25 recital balance is due November 15th

You will receive an email invoice for your recital fees balance
Your child can NOT participate in dress rehearsal OR the recital unless ALL account fees are paid in full.

If you would prefer to pay your recital fees in full at one time (must be on or before Oct 10th) please email us directly so we can update your fee schedule accordingly.

Dancers will need the following for recital. Please begin preparing now to avoid shipping/availability issues.

Ballet Shoes
Black Tap Shoes
Flesh-toned Tights (girls only)

Costumes will be fitted to each dancer and stage approved. Your child will take their costumes home the week of dress rehearsal.

If you know your child will not be participating in the Recital please let us know ASAP! As always, please understand that your child’s attendance at class will have a direct impact on their proficiency and participation on stage.
