  • Registration Fee: Your child’s spot in our program is only reserved after the registration fee is paid.
  • Monthly Fees: Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month. You will receive an invoice a few days before the due date. If you do not receive this invoice by the 1st, please contact us.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via ACH transaction through the emailed invoice sent to you each month, or in person at the front desk using cash. Please note that all class fees listed are based on cash and ACH payments. For transactions made with a debit or credit card at our front desk, an additional fee will apply.
  • All fees must be paid in full before your child can participate in class.
  • Late Fees: Fees are considered late after the 3rd of the month. A late fee of $5 will be applied every 3 days until the account is settled.

This fee must be paid in full within 10 days of notification. Failure to remit payment within this period will result in the suspension of your child’s participation in our program until the fee is settled.

2. Class Attendance:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed classes or class time.
  • Schedule: Your child will attend class once a week during the day and the time you are registered. Please be punctual for drop-off and pick-up.
  • NO CLASSES on major holidays or in the case of severe weather (snow, hurricane, flooding, etc.) Please refer to our Facebook page for the most up to date info on gym closings.
  • If your child misses 3 consecutive classes, they will automatically be dropped from our program. Unless otherwise notified, you will be required to re-register and pay associated registration fees to return to our program, space permitting.
  • All class students should bring a water bottle with a lid to class. To ensure the health and safety of all students, we no longer provide water to students directly due to potential health risks associated with contact with drinking surfaces.

3. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy:

To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone and to respect the other businesses in the center, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Please do not arrive early for class. Early students must wait outside with their parent until called in. Early drop-off or Late pick-up will incur a charge of $10 per 10 minutes after the second occurrence.
  • Parking: For drop-off and pick-up, kindly use the designated parking lot. Please do not stop your vehicle in front of the gym, as this can obstruct traffic and disrupt other businesses.
  • Student Release: Students will be released only to their parent or guardian. If someone other than the designated parent or guardian will be picking up your child, please inform us in advance.
  • Waiting Area: For the safety and focus of students during their class, parents and guardians are required to wait outside the gym. This policy does not apply to Parent-Tot classes or parties. Students will be dismissed directly to their parents or guardians once their class has concluded.

4. Attire:

  • Leotards or athletic wear (shorts, t-shirts) are encouraged to enhance participation. While no child will be excluded based on attire, proper clothing improves their experience.
  • Classes will be done barefoot. Please no tights/stockings that cover the feet and can not be easily removed. Socks are acceptable as they can be removed as needed for safety.
  • No jewelry. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while your child is participating in one of our programs.

5. Dance:

  • Students must have proper footwear for class; please have ballet or jazz shoes and black tap shoes for class.
  • Our classroom in the Civic Center is upstairs, around the corner from the elevator. Parents will be responsible for escorting their child to and from class. Please do not enter the classroom until instructed to by the teacher. For the attention of our students, parents are kindly asked not to gather outside the classroom while class is in progress.
  • We hold two annual recitals: a Holiday Recital in December and a Spring Recital. Participation in these recitals incurs additional fees to cover costume, music, staffing, space rental, and other related costs. We will provide details on these fees and their due dates as promptly as possible.
  • No child will be permitted to participate in a recital if their account has a past due balance or if the recital fees have not been paid in full.
  • There may be requirements for additional clothing, shoes, or accessories for recital participation, which the parent will need to purchase separately.
  • To adequately prepare for the recitals, there may also be additional class time/rehearsals scheduled.
