We are so excited to have you join us for your child’s special day! In an effort to keep things organized and safe for everyone, we request that all guests follow these simple rules while in attendance.
- Parties are 1.5 hours, unless you’ve purchased additional time. We appreciate your guests arriving and departing at the scheduled times. Late pick-ups could result in you being charged an additional fee to compensate our instructors for their time. Your party time consists of 1 hour in our gym facility for free play and activities included in your package, followed by 30 minutes to use how you'd like in our refreshment area: cake, food/refreshments, opening gifts, goody bags, etc., and saying your final thank yous and good-byes; We kindly ask that all party-goers remain in the refreshment area and off the gym floor during this time.
- Your party package comes with fun activities and services! To avoid confusion during your party and to help keep things running smoothly, make sure you know exactly what's included in your package. You can always upgrade your package or add-on to your party up to 1 week prior to your event!
- Everyone who joins the fun on the gym floor is a VIP, even if you're just goofing around. Grown-ups, we're looking at you too! But, before taking the floor, all participants must sign a waiver for everyone’s safety. You'll also be charged accordingly for each grown-up pal who jumps in. But, we do have some toys and equipment that are off-limits for our adult friends; if an adult accidentally breaks or damages something, you'll be responsible for replacing that item.
- Everyone must exercise the 1-at-a-time rule on all equipment.
- Keep our hands to ourselves unless giving hugs or high-fives!
- No shoes! Grippy socks or bare feet only while on the gym floor and equipment.
- No food or drinks beyond the refreshment table area. NO EXCEPTIONS--even adults!
- Please no pinatas, confetti, or silly string.
